Sunday, February 26, 2017 - Poured a glass with Coravin. Started out a little tight, but opened up beautifully over two hours. Medium ruby color w/ long, slow tears. Great intensity on the nose with black cherry, dried fig, light toast and cocoa. Nice balance w/ good acid that bodes well for aging over many years. Ready to drink now-smoother than many mountain cabs at 5 years old.
