Tuesday, February 28, 2017 - Notes of roasted coffee, dark chocolate and roasted bell peppers that a lot of Chilean Cabs are known for(could it be the Carmenere in it?). It is 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Carmenere and 3% Petite Verdot. The wine is aged in French Oak barrels for 12 months. Delicious wine and great price point. Definitely worth trying.
