Saturday, February 16, 2008 - KSC02 does Dallas, Part 2 (Daniele Osteria, Dallas, TX): WIML94. Straw to light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose very similar to the 2005 Pur Sang but more "elegant". Notes of grapefruit and wet grass. Flavors of grapefruit, limes and oranges. "Soft" on the palate. Medium to vibrant acidity, medium body. Drink or hold.
