Saturday, March 25, 2017 - A few French Biodynamic Wines: So much juicy cherry and raspberry on the nose, some roses and lavender. Juicy, bright, fresh, the cherry and red plum fruit is laced with green herbs and tar notes. Bought two bottles to revisit over the next few years. 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Poulsard, 10% Trousseau.
