Monday, April 3, 2017 - The 40th anniversary Sparkling Wine of Clos Du Val, 50% Tasmania fruit and 50% Australian fruit. Nose of green apple, red apple, and shale, more of the same on the palate, mouth filling, crisp, refreshing, good acid, touch simple, medium body, a medium/long finish, great mousse with medium amount of tiny bubbles.
