Tuesday, April 18, 2017 - This is like no other Fiano I've tasted. The colour is quite deep compared to lesser wines. On the palate there is the citrusy attack that one would expect with such a wine but it then broadens out significantly and with the richness that one might expect of a Burgundy. It's really intense but there's good balance and a great finish. Not sure how long this wine will go on and down to my last bottle; with that acidity and depth of flavour I could see it keeping another 3 years. Definitely one to buy again.
