Wednesday, April 19, 2017 - This bottle delivered, just as the one did a year ago when I had bought a couple without any intention other than to try them. That initial bottle back then was one of the best finds I made in 2016. I was then able to source another handful of these and the bottle tonight delivered again. Great lean feel, with a mixture of acidity and tension in the core of the wine, and as the bubbles faded away and it became fairly still, it drank with a lot of class. Super.
