Friday, March 10, 2017 - La Paulee de NY - Verticals Tasting (Rainbow Room - NYC): Tasted at large walkaround tasting. My favorite of the vertical, this had most of the things I enjoyed about the '09, but more cut. Still a ripe tropical fruit profile, with oak, but a really strong acidic verve here.
