Back then I would have rated this with a 90+ rating, but a lot of really good, often german, riesling has passed my way since and today I will reward it only with a low 80's score.
In my view Alsacian riesling can be very concentrated and extremely fragrant but often a bit heavy and sometimes bitter. This one is mostly thin and bitter.
