Thursday, May 11, 2017 - Bourgogne Chamber of Commerce Wine Tour (Cambria Hotel - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. The clear star of the lineup. Ripe apple and baked apple with nuance and very good concentration and length. Good now, probably better in another year or two.
