Friday, May 19, 2017 - 100% PM. Stark mörk doft (av gammalt? Rännsten?). Mycket livlig mousse. Tung kort smak. Intressant men ändå en besvikelse: Ingen honungslen sötma som man kan förvänta sig av en så gammal årgång. Är det så Blanc de Noir utvecklas?

5/29/2017 12:25:00 AM - Kanske inte hur en BdN normalt utvecklas.. men mer hur en 100% Pinot Meunier utvecklas. Dock så kan det vara flaskvariation, min flaska hade en härlig honungssötma i doft och smak som så ofta i äldre champagner!
