Thursday, April 6, 2017 - Visit to Maison Chapoutier Cellar Door Shop (Tain l'Hermitage): Pale lemon. Lemon, floral, vanilla, honey, nuts. Developing. Dry, medium acidity, medium (+) alcohol (13.5%), medium (+) body, pronounced flavours on the palate. Very good, needs time.
