Friday, June 2, 2017 - Serious wine in the glass. Aromas of dried flowers, dark fruit, salty ocean and animal soaring from the glass. Black cherry fruit, stones, tobacco and leather notes on the palate. Dry, marked tannins, still not fully resolved. A wine of great complexity, challenges the mind. This will evolve further and has the potential to become grand vin. Always a pleasure to open a Pradeaux.
