Friday, May 26, 2017 - (Disgorged in March 2017, 100% Pinot Meunier)
Rich golden yellow colour still very light, and not so deep in colour as you might expect. Lively mousse, candied fruit, spices, honey and chocolate. Intense palate and very concentrated with mature apples and honey sweetness. This was a very nice experience, of course very mature but still alive and vibrant for a 40 years old bottle. Will probably best opening soon after disgorgement, but will hold a few years. Best 2017-2021.
