Saturday, July 1, 2017 - Great! Dark red color. Nose full of flowers, with a clear note of roses and violet, some lavender and then also ripe fruits like strawberry and peach. After a while also mint and eucalyptus become clearly distinguishable. Flavour is like promised by the scents: red fruits, mint, with an initial sweet note that evolves, delivering to the tongue flavours of tobacco and chocolate. There was a bit of deposit, so we had to filter the content of the bottle. Also, being summer, we had to cool it down to let it reach the right service temperature, which was a very important step to fully appreciate the wonderful bouquet of this wine. Tannins were elegant and gentle, they completed and rounded the long finish on the palate.
