Dark purple color.
This is quite elegant for such a young wine. Good nose of some leather and hint of oak; fruits lean towards dark cherries and blackberries. Nicely balanced by the acidity that keeps this fresh and lively. Good spice element as well.
Quite enjoyable.
Label states the blend as: 70% Zinfandel, 15% Carignane, 12% Petite Sirah, 3% Alicante Bouschet
