Monday, July 3, 2017 - The wine looks greenish gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like sage, Herbes de Provence, garrigue and thyme. It tastes same as it smells, plus some stoniness. The body is medium/full. The wine has smooth and polished texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium/high acidity. Very good indeed, the nose slightly better than the palate
