Sunday, July 30, 2017 - Golden colour. A bit less developed than the last bottle from october 2016. But similar notes. Very complex and elegant. It needs some time from the open bottle to develope power and vigor, but I wouldn't recommend decantation. To make it clear: This is not a classic dessert wine, because it is not sweet enough for most desserts. It works well on its own or as an aperitif. The cork from this bottle was soaked to 80%. The wine is immortal.
