Wednesday, August 9, 2017 - Meaty and blood-like smell, red fruits, leather, evolution, coffee. Maybe even starting to approach the end of its drinking window. After some time the nose was totally dominated by scents of coffee (not enjoyable!). Luckily this disappeared when I drank the left-over after 2 days in the fridge - the wine was then returned to its initial flavour profile (luckily)
