Thursday, August 10, 2017 - Slowly coming round to a softer, more integrated presentation. Less cherry than before (which is good in my book), with smoky sweet aromas that add rather than subtract from the overall profile.

Still developing, but I think these should be consumed within the next 3 years.

I may hold onto 2 and sit on them for 10+ just to see the result.
