Sunday, April 16, 2017 - Very dark crimson. Brooding nose but with hints of some lovely notes waiting to come through. Deep sweet black currant. Some cedar and cigar box but secondary to the fruit by a long way at this young stage. Ooh that is lovely. Great weight of sweetish fruit, nicely balanced, Still very young but not tight or tough, this is drinking well on opening. All fruit, glycerol and tanning but in good balance, lots of baby fat. Remained pretty similar with air, dense but v pleasurable.
