Wednesday, August 16, 2017 - Disg 6/2016. Trademark nose of Aurelien Laherte's expression of the Chavot terroir. Apple and citrus with schist and chalk. The nose continues on the palate with high pitched, fresh and zesty acidity, full of lemon and lime. Very fresh, bone dry and impaccably balanced by ripe sour apples. Very long and grippy, creamy texture, pure and clean.
