Saturday, August 26, 2017 - Second bottle from my case. Just as impressed with this bottle as the first if not more so. The balance in this wine is what really stands out. The fruit has been picked at precisely the right moment. The oak underpins the structure, and the acidity rounds off the whole experience. It has quite a long lingering finish where the balance is maintained throughout. Yum.
