Wednesday, August 30, 2017 - dark ruby. Nose of dark and red fruit, torrefaction, spices, cake. There is quite a bit of heat here as well both on nose and palate. Full bodied on the palate but not overbearing, lacks sophistication of the best CdP though. Good but not great.
