Thursday, September 21, 2017 - Syrah for steak (KC's place): From Coravin. Smells like slightly sour blackberry beneath plentiful peppery spice as well as a certain earthy quality. Juicy, peppery, savoury; again the fruit is a little muted for me but this is rather pleasant.
