Thursday, September 28, 2017 - Cork completely bled through. Fairly light nose on opening but opened with time. Sweet cherry with a slight animal mustiness that built over time. Entry is delicious with a nice mid weight throughout. Finishes a bit dusty but deep with mineral complexity. Little harshness just lightly tart stoney fruit.
