Monday, October 2, 2017 - Wow. Ten years old, but just a touch honeyed. Still bright, lively and complex - with hints of toast, lemon, mineral, meringue and melon. Sweeter than we expected a Brut to be, but the sweetness only rounds out the edges and is more than balanced by a backbone of bright acidity. Love this.
