Thursday, October 26, 2017 - Meyer Family dinner at Boulder. Notes of black pepper and violet. Wonderful pairing with Grilled Venison Sausage & Duck Confit in a Cherry-Peppercorn Demi-Glace. Much better with the food than on it's own.
