Tuesday, November 14, 2017 - Yum. Pure cherry and strawberry with some carbonic hints, together with a touch of earthy charcoal. Wonderful perfume. Juicy and vibrant on the palate with loads of black cherry, and a softly tannic finish. Very good, if slightly acidic on the finish.

Day 3: Just beautiful. No signs of oxidation, and has softened fantastically.

Day 5: Last glass. Again, has been open, unrefrigerated, on the counter. Shows only the slightest signs of oxidation and still has much of its charm.
