Friday, November 17, 2017 - Moderate red-purple color, as expected. Very open and expressive on the nose, with loads of green tea, herbs, tobacco, quince (?), plums, and a bit of tar. On the palate this wine is really singing! It is quite savory and palate-coating with great acidity and depth. Why is it so open already? Quite a delicious and relatively complex glass already, something I've never experienced from this bottling.
