Thursday, December 7, 2017 - Balanced, brisk and alive with plenty of minerality and a range of citrus flavors. Light spice. Love the weight or lack there of for a CA Chardonnay. This will be a total winner with 2-3 more years to mellow the structure a tad. I need to grab a few and follow this into its prime drinking when it will be more suave but just as minerally and intriguing.
