Saturday, December 16, 2017 - Tasted blind. Sweet nose of sage, vanilla bean ice cream, and ripe blueberries. Indulgent, spring-time vibe. Sweet up front, with tannins swirling around the fruit. Seems Cabernet in personality and flavor. Higher oak, and hard to love right now. Unresolved Lapostolle Clos Apalta?
