Friday, December 22, 2017 - Medium to full bouguet with hints of red fruits. Medium body with light cherries, a small and delightful hint of plums (I normally hate plums but not this one´s). Balanced in all ways with a perfect suger, 3gr/liter (which is rare with the sugerful Italian wines. Mild tannins that completly disappears with food. This one you can enjoy with almost any food as it´s in the "middle, but probably not with lighter dishes. It´s great and an easy drinker. I have found my baby
