Monday, December 25, 2017 - 2017 Family Xmas; 12/23/2017-12/25/2017 (Alicante - España): Disgorged December 2014. Aged to perfection. Elegant on the nose with aromas of cereals and candied citrus. Very briochey. Also notes of white chocolate. On the palate it has depth and a good length. Delicious acid, bready and at the same time refreshing. Silky texture. Always great quality. Aspiring to greatness.

Degollada en diciembre del 2014. Envejecida a la perfección. Elegante en nariz con aromas a cereales y a frutas confitadas. Muy de brioche. También notas a chocolate blanco. Al paladar tiene profundidad y una buena longitud. Deliciosa acidez, a pan y al mismo tiempo refrescante. Textura asedada. Siempre de una gran calidad. Aspirando a la grandeza.
