Tuesday, December 19, 2017 - Christmas supper with the Wine Ark boys (Fix St. James, 111 Elizabeth Street, Sydney): Rich, buttery, peachy and toasty, slight citrus fruit, slight honeysuckle on the nose. In the mouth it's quite lemony and buttery. Tangy and the oak is integrated though present. A little warm on the finish but nice.
