Wednesday, January 17, 2018 - I served this in my wine course. Intense nose that is both tropical (especially pineapple) and floral (especially violets). Usual low acid high fruit mouth, but ends with a very refreshing bitterness. Not citrus bitterness, but rather more in the direction of coffee grinds.
P.S. Noticed nutmeg as a descriptor for the bitter component of the finish among the community notes and very much agree with this.
