Friday, January 19, 2018 - Another smashing Rosé, this time from Savés' Bouzy Grand Cru. It has a little more hue than the Egly that preceded it. Fruit toward strawberry and apple skin perceptions. Enhanced by beautiful sweet dusty clay/cocoa. Beautifully balanced, tart, and delicious swallow.
