Friday, January 19, 2018 - Wow! Either this was an exceptional Vintage for Argyle or I’ve managed to hit this at it’s apogee. Really fantastic nose of bruised peaches and apricot, toasted brioche drizzled with dark sourwood honey. Medium bodied and plenty rich on the palate. Loads of sweet flavors that exactly echo the nose but with a blood orange twist thrown in. Really fantastic expression of mature bubbly! 92
