Saturday, January 20, 2018 - A highly unusual take on Sauv.blanc.
Pear skin and green peach dominate the nose on this Napa Valley white.
On Palate: some citrus and spice with a faint hint of oak, fairly full bodied and ripe.
Goes well with Salmon and Sea Bass, but too heavy for shellfish, would also pair well with Chicken....not an ager due to low acidity, drink over the next year.
