Sunday, January 21, 2018 - This is a huge wine. Slow O for 8 hours prior to consumption and it still took another 3 hours to finally open up nicely. Of course it was the last glass at that time. Lots of dark fruit and gripping tannins. Classic Greer fruit and mineral wine. Fantastic!
