Saturday, January 27, 2018 - A nice, good value zin that showed enough promise that I may need to buy more at Costco. Dark fruits, mocha, licorice, and solid tannins to give it a nice structure and mouthfeel. We drank it with a pork dish from Hello Fresh which complemented the wines flavors nicely. The second glass an hour or so after opening showed much improvement over the first, which leads me to believe that time in bottle will help.
