Saturday, January 27, 2018 - Kitchen torch to melt the wax, then PnP. So good. Blackberries, black cherries and a hint of cedar. Fruit before earth, but so balanced. At such a good place of smooth tannin with some youthfulness, but mellowed. Outstanding.
