Tuesday, February 20, 2018 - Laser sharp, fine bubbles, lemon on steroids! Did well with chicken jalapeño quesadillas. Nice fruit , oak and toast on the palate and nose. Not usually a huge fan of Blanc de Blancs, but this is good stuff. As it warms to a more optimal temperature it does add more complexity and depth of fruit.
