Saturday, May 3, 2008 - Inky purple red color. Really great nose of mulberry and dark raspberry fruit, minerals, pine needles. Opens nicely with air. Fine structure with ripe chewy tannins and great concentration. Delicious now with a short decant but has the stuffing and balance to age well. 12.5% abv. Great value.
