Medium yellow color - pinot gris has thicker skins.
Slight RS - 7-10g.
Neutral nose - showing hints of underripe peach and slight generic esters.
On the palate, there's a faint hint of honey - possible botrytis. Medium body, slightly elevated alcohol - 13.5%, with medium acid and medium phenolic bitterness.

This is a neutral white, possibly semiterpenic. Laterals would be Smaragd gruner, Alsace Pinot Gris, and Pinot Grigio, but the neutrality of the nose and presence of residual sugar argue for Alsace Pinot Gris.

Based on the color and lack of overt age, I'm guessing this is a recent vintage - 2014?
