Thursday, March 22, 2018 - Sweet tar and cherries and cedar on the nose. Somewhat lighter color than is typical for Ferrando Carema. Palate is light with very supple fruit and spice and some tannic bite. Probably a bit too young to drink yet. Doesn't have the depth of flavor of some of his older Caremas.
