Sunday, March 25, 2018 - Delicious. Voluptuous gooey black licorice and rich dark fruit. I'm not a big Petite Sirah drinker but if you want a powerpack of flavor, this is a winner. Nothing to detract from the pleasure. Would be great sipped with strong cheeses or to accompany a rich lamb stew. Definitely a winter wine.
ps - consumed over several days (kept in frig, gassed w/argon), no loss of character.
