Sunday, March 25, 2018 - really enjoy the Oregon style of a chardonnay. Clear, bright, light straw, PnP from the basement so the temp was slightly elevated. This has a strong nose of green apple and pear. Structured. Medium acidity and good minerality it can sit in the cellar another 24 months and be fine but drinking wel now. Had with surf and turf so the acidity worked well to cut the fat and overall complemented the dish.
