Enjoyed at R'evolution in New Orleans. Really opened up in thirty minutes, revealing a nose of cream, stone fruit, and peaches. Jazzy peach and stone fruit palate. Paired perfectly with lobster gnocchi and crab beignets.

I thoroughly enjoyed this. I had high hopes as I believe this is, without a doubt, the best site for Chardonnay in the state (followed by Evergreen Vineyard). This was more ripe that I anticipated, but that Celilo acidity kept it fresh. Pear and lemon on the nose and palate with a bit of mineral in there too. Great Chard.

really enjoy the Oregon style of a chardonnay. Clear, bright, light straw, PnP from the basement so the temp was slightly elevated. This has a strong nose of green apple and pear. Structured. Medium acidity and good minerality it can sit in the cellar another 24 months and be fine but drinking wel now. Had with surf and turf so the acidity worked well to cut the fat and overall complemented the dish.
