Wednesday, March 21, 2018 - Dinner with Jean-Louis Chave (Heirloom Cafe, San Francisco): Nice fruit/beeswax nose, fabulous depth and intensity, wax, herbs, beautiful savory note, decent acidity, very nice balance, touch of honeysuckle, explosive finish. Has the opulence of a warmer year.
